Account & Billing

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if you don't see it)
  4. Click the link and create your new password
  5. Your new password must be at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers

Security Note: Reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons.

Yes, you can change your account email address by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to Settings → Account
  2. Click on "Change Email Address"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify your current password for security
  5. Check your new email for a verification link

Important: After changing your email, you'll need to use the new address to log in. All future communications will be sent to the new address.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Billing → Subscription
  2. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Tell us why you're cancelling (this helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Important Notes:

  • You'll have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
  • All your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation

Pro-rated Charges: When upgrading, you'll be charged immediately for the difference prorated to your billing cycle. When downgrading, the changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing loading issues, try these steps:
